Welcome to Terry’s Corner, a place where I will share some fitness and health insights that I’ve acquired in my position as Fitness Director and really, over the course of my life. For over 6 years now I have published a newsletter that I call “Well Well Well”. This stands for wellness of mind, body and spirit. I hope that these original articles can help and inspire you to achieve your goals and happiness in your life. The subject matter varies but the messages, I hope, are all positive.
